Refund Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

Digital goods

Our products are digital and are delivered instantly on purchase. Because access cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

When we will refund

  • The product is materially not as described on its product page.
  • The product is broken and we cannot fix it within a reasonable period.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • A licence was never delivered and we cannot deliver it.

When we will not refund

  • You changed your mind after the files or licence were delivered.
  • The product does not work with a platform or version we do not list as supported.
  • You lack the technical ability or environment to run it, where the requirements were stated clearly.
  • A third-party platform changed and broke compatibility beyond our control, though we may still fix it under support.
  • Your account was suspended for breaching our terms.

How to request one

Open a support ticket from the account that made the purchase. Include the order reference and a clear description of the problem. Requests made through chargebacks or payment disputes will be handled by the processor, and access may be suspended while a dispute is open.

Time limits

Requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. We may still consider later requests at our discretion, particularly where a defect only becomes apparent after an update.

Subscriptions

Subscription products can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current period unless the conditions above apply.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. Where a licence was issued, it is deactivated when the refund completes.
