Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing software from Krapple Studios you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Licences

  • Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of its source code.
  • Each licence states how many installations or domains it covers. Exceeding that scope is a breach of these terms.
  • Licences are bound to the account and installation they are activated against. Do not share, resell or redistribute licence keys.
  • Where a product is sold as a subscription, access continues while the subscription is active and ends when it lapses.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. If a product requires manual provisioning you will be told before purchase, and delivery will be completed as soon as reasonably possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Use the software in compliance with the law and with the terms of any platform it integrates with.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent licensing, activation or access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the software except where the licence expressly allows it.

Third-party platforms

Some products extend or integrate with third-party software such as Pterodactyl, Proxmox or Paymenter. Those platforms are not controlled by us, and their own terms and licensing apply. We are not responsible for changes those projects make that affect compatibility.

Support and updates

Support covers installation and defects in the software as described in its documentation. It does not extend to custom development, third-party modifications, or issues caused by unsupported environments. Update entitlements are described on each product page.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the store and licensing services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and security incidents may cause downtime.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the software is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, attempts to defraud the store, or abuses our staff or systems. Where a breach is serious, affected licences may be revoked without refund.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date below, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
